Excellent séjour au calme. Très bien accueil – nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits attentions des propriétaires. Gîte impeccable et rien ne manqué. Extérieur magnifique - verdure et fleurs - très bien entretenu. Très bonne idée d'avoir penser aux jeux d'extérieur - merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

We have enjoyed a fantastic holiday here thanks so much to Martin & Vicky who have been amazing hosts. We have enjoyed the incredible Puy du Fou, Spent time bodyboarding on great beaches and Louis even caught a fish in a local lake!! A trip to the Aquarium in La Rochelle was fun and we also day trips to the Ile de Re, Niort and Mervent. We have also loved relaxing here, playing table tennis + boules and had great fun with Martin & Vicky at the “pub” and for an evening meal. A really spectacular holiday!!! Thanks again!

We have had a lovely fortnight here, particularly enjoying the garden, it is indeed a tranquil place. We have stayed in many gites all over France, but this one stands out due to Martin & Vicky's well judged hospitality. A special thank you for their introduction to their wine producers and their favourite restaurants. I think we have tried all the excellent eau-de-vie (aperitifs). Sorry to be going home.

Mixed weather, but Vicky & Martin have been such good company. Hot days we have gone down to the coast and on overcast and drizzle days we have taken advantage of the many cultural sites! These have been absolutely brilliant and full marks to the Conseil General de la Vendee for maintaining and preserving them so beautifully. We have been really impressed with the area and our hosts.
